2023.11 Last time I had Japanese soup stock, so this time I ordered shellfish soup stock and soy sauce. Mmm, it's really delicious! It's hard to imagine the comfort you get when the rich aroma of shellfish hits your nose. Of course I finished the soup. ___________ The non-alcoholic soup has a clear feel and a deep flavor. I think this is a very delicious ramen. No wonder it's such a popular store in this location! !

You can even drink up the soup, it's light but satisfying. The deliciousness of eating ramen without feeling guilty. The char siu that is thick is just right, and even though it is a thick bamboo shoot, it is casually attached. It was a Japanese-style soy sauce ramen. The shop was a small place with a counter main and two table seats for two people. I went there after 13:00, but it was full and there were people waiting outside the store.

delicious! I had seasonal salt ramen, a large serving, and chashu topping. Although it is said to have no additives, the soup was very delicious and I drank it all down. It goes perfectly with noodles! I usually don't like gooey chashu, but this one had a lot of flavor and I could eat it! I actually like this chashu. The staff was kind and I want to go again, next time I'll try the soy sauce.
