I had hesitated several times to visit after reading other people's reviews, but today was my first visit. The customer service certainly seems pretentious, but when I told them at the time of paying the bill that it was delicious, they gave me a nice smile and said thank you. I understand that some people may look or feel that way, but I think he's a good person. As for the most important taste, I ate a set A of miso and fried rice for 1,130 yen, and it was an excellent ramen with a strong miso flavor that was neither too strong nor too light like many ⭕️-style ramen these days. did. Also, the char siu was melty and fatty, which is also the best. There is a 2017 Michelin ornament on the counter, which makes sense. I eat ramen quite often in Sapporo, but I think this restaurant deserves a higher rating. If you like ramen, we recommend you to try it at least once. I'm also interested in Shio next time, so this is the store I'll be returning to.
I heard from a local student that it was delicious and popular, so I came here to eat. When I asked the store clerk for a recommendation, I was told that "My style miso" was the most popular, so I ordered that, mini fried rice, and a toro char siu rice bowl. The day I visited was Sunday, so I couldn't use it, but I thought it would be a good deal if I ordered the set menu (^_^) The set menu is also uploaded in the photo. After ordering, the master's careful cooking was fully conveyed with just the sound. Fried rice is very delicious, and fried rice alone is enough. The umami toro char siu bowl is very delicious with the char siu soaked in flavor, the ramen is delicious, and the soup is very easy to drink and I drank it all. I gave it a 4-star rating because I like very strong flavors, but I can assure you that it's so delicious that you'll be able to drink up the whole soup. I later found out that the restaurant was listed in the "Michelin Guide Hokkaido 2017 Special Edition", and I felt again that it was a restaurant that was rated as delicious. Next time I have a chance to visit, I would like to try the Umamori Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen next time (^_^) postscript I tried Umamori pork bone soy sauce ramen. The char siu is filling and thick noodles are used. And it was more flavorful. Recommended for soy sauce lovers. I will fix it to 5 stars.
