I had some business to do deep in the mountains of Ebetsu (that's how I say it lol), and I hadn't eaten anything since morning, so I looked for some ramen in Ebetsu, but it was noon on a Sunday, and everywhere was packed. I searched and searched and found "Ramen Haku". Reviews are high. Is spicy miso recommended? When you enter the store, you will be greeted with a cheerful greeting. That's good~ There was just an empty table so I sat down. I have miso ramen, and my partner has spicy miso ramen. We also ordered and shared Haku fried rice, which is only available on Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery is quick from ordering. Good for hungry people. What's the most important taste? That being said. The miso is certainly as light as the reviews say, but it's delicious. The fatty mask keeps the heat hot until the end (I did my best with my cat tongue lol) The char siu is super delicious! I think it would have been better if they added some vegetables as toppings. I had a sip of my buddy's spicy miso soup, and it was delicious, even though it was spicy enough to make me laugh, as the reviews said. Customers come to our store one after another. Although the parking space is shared with other stores, it is quite spacious. There are 8 counter seats and 2 tables (seats 4 people) inside the store, so there may be a bit of a wait during peak hours. The same goes for the ramen reviews, but what's most amazing is that they respond to all the reviews in a thorough manner. It seems like I can do this, but I can't do it, or rather I won't do it at first. I think that the fact that they continue to do that consistently is the greatest praise. Miso order. First I had the soup, but it felt a little salty. The density is light. However, when paired with noodles, it mixes well with the hard noodles and is just delicious. I've eaten many types of char siu, but this one is in a class of its own. It's no exaggeration to say that once you get used to this taste, you won't be able to taste anything else. By the time we finished eating, customers started coming in one after another, showing that it was a popular restaurant. The rice bowl arrives quickly, and the staff is very responsive.
