Ebetsu, Hokkaido, Japan｜Ramen restaurant

I came here for the first time today. Even though it was lunch, it was quite late... So, shortly after I ordered, the other customers disappeared. Normally, I would order Chinese food, but I went for the cutlet set meal (¥800). This restaurant has the Yongen Pork Loin Cutlet Set Meal (¥900), so this is the cheaper pork cutlet. Both the tonkatsu and miso soup were delicious. I love the comforting feeling of Chinese pork cutlets. I like it better than the chain restaurant pork cutlet. The shop is run by an elderly husband and his wife. There are counter seats surrounding the kitchen, and when you watch the food being made, you can see that they are working hard and wholeheartedly every day. I would like this wonderful Chinese restaurant to continue as long as possible. More than anything, I want you both to live long and healthy lives. I will come here many times from now on. Next time, I want to eat ramen, gyoza, fried rice... I'm very interested in cutlet ramen... (10/13) Fried rice and gyoza today! Fried rice feels like fried rice that you would eat at home.

I would like to go with char siu noodles today, but the beef hamburg steak looks delicious, so I ordered the soy sauce ramen (600 yen) and the beef hamburg steak (550 yen)❕ It's finished. First of all, when I take a sip of the soup from the ramen, the old-fashioned soup with a soft taste is boiled eggs, wakame and old-fashioned ramen. When the beef hamburger is opened in half, the meat juice overflows from the inside and this is irresistible again! ️ I've finished eating everything, but I've been curious about the "Wakame-don" (550 yen) since I saw the menu! I thought I would regret it if I didn't order here, so I ordered it (laughs)! It's finished. The wakame rice bowl also comes with miso soup, salad, and pickled vegetables (laughs). First of all, when I scooped up a pinch of rice on the bridge, onions and shiitake mushrooms were spread all over the rice. ❕ The wakame rice bowl is a unique dish that you can't find anywhere else, but it was much more delicious than I had imagined 🎵😊
