Extremely reasonable for the quality of food, we paid about 8000 per person for tons of food and 2-3 bottles of shochu. No ventilation, so things will get very smelly, be prepared. Do go if you get the chance!
This yakiniku restaurant is known as a difficult-to-reserve restaurant that has become a hot topic on social media. This time, an acquaintance won the telephone war and made a reservation, so I took him there. The first to appear is senmai sashimi. The crunchy fresh omasum is well entwined with the garlic-flavored kneaded sauce, making it a dish that goes well with alcohol. By using vinegar miso, the taste is sharp and the flavor is irresistible. Next comes Tan. It is well-balanced from the tongue to the tip of the tongue, and the quality of the tongue is especially impressive. The tongue itself has a very strong umami flavor, but the taste of the salt sauce is wonderful, making it a one-of-a-kind dish. After the tongue, the famous loin finally appears. Since the order is for 8 people, the plate is full of meat, which is a spectacular visual. Put it on the roaster and heat it so that it is steamed. The melt-in-your-mouth texture, the rich umami of the fat, and the junky flavor of the sauce went so well with the rice that I ended up eating three bowls of rice.
