More Comments at Google MapThe first time I tasted "dry ramen", it was very different from the previous tsukemen. There was no rich soup. Instead, the dry noodles were mixed with sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, and chili oil. The sign on the table specifically said: It has the calories of ordinary ramen. 2/3, of course it doesn’t make any sense to me (laughs) But for those women who are faced with losing weight and are greedy, this is a big inducement! What is very different from ordinary ramen is that the taste can be very personalized, and there are many seasonings available on the side. Because I can't eat spicy food, I didn't add the chili oil. I only added three rounds of balsamic vinegar, chopped green onions and half-boiled eggs and enjoyed it immediately. You can feel that the aroma is locked into the taste buds. The noodles are not dry without the soup, but are still quite chewy. The thickness of the barbecued pork is generally good, but I am still not used to eating barbecued pork without the soup. There is a small bowl of clear soup on the side. Drinking the warm clear soup and taking the aroma in your mouth is a very special experience. I recommend everyone to try it!
This place offers chicken broth ramen. Recently they expanded their menu to include pork broth ramen. The portions are very generous and delicious so come on an empty stomach. Their menu has English and they also accept local and foreign credit cards.
The signature soy sauce noodle is very delicious, many people said it was too salty. It is indeed a bit heavy for Taiwanese tastes. But if you like authentic Japanese taste, you must try it. The taste is very strong but not deadly salty, and the soft-boiled egg and green onion are the perfect match.
