One of if not the best meal I had in Japan. The staff was super nice and pleasant explaining all of the cuts of meat. They cook it all for you which was nice, I prefer that in higher end places over cooking it yourself, it adds more to the experience overall. The sake is super cheap imo and strong, try the sparkling sake. The heart and stomach was chewy but still flavorful. Towards the end they offered rice with beef and kept on refilling if we wanted which was very nice of them. Keep in mind this was a $200 experience per person. I think it was fully worth it.

You never go wrong on this place. Recommend!

Life changing wagyu tasting. Perfect service, rare and interesting cuts. Chef uses the whole animal and has a burger concept to use cuts not appropriate for the grill (Henry’s burgers). Cannot recommend enough!!!
