Walk into the doorway and up some stairs to enter the first door. Ask for an english menu if you need it, they will provide it along with a tablet to place orders (not sure if tablet just comes along with the all you can eat options reguardless of language). Make sure to confirm your placed order in the lower right hand corner of the tablet. There are all you can eat meal sets with particular dishes in them, my fiancè and I had the lower tier that was around 3000 yen per person. They have drink packages also for all you can drink alcohol or soft drinks, or both. After they bring you the food, grill it to your taste - there are helpful tips in the menu. With the meal plan, each person gets a dessert. When they offer "ocha" with your dessert, agree if you want some chilled tea with it - however it adds a charge to the bill. We were unaware of it and it was waived from our order. Service was good, food was good, I would eat here again :)

An amazing place, service is just excellent, even with language barrier, they do the best to make you feel comfortable. If you are looking for a place with good taste in food and a warm environment, this is the one!
