There are 3 chain stores around Togoshi. I recently started going to Ebara Nakanobu store. I expected all chain stores to have the same level of customer service, but at the Ebara Nakanobu store, all the staff, including the manager, provide excellent customer service. Despite the busy schedule, all staff members are able to share information cheerfully and keep an eye on each other through teamwork.

It's a great restaurant with great hospitality that makes it easy to spend time with children. Anyway, all the staff are warm and attentive, so you can enjoy Yakiniku with peace of mind ☺️

Everyone, including the manager, has great customer service. Drinks come out quickly, and even if you haven't made a reservation, you'll be seated smoothly. Although I use the service every time, people remember my face and sometimes we have casual conversations such as small talk. Those moments are blissful and so much fun. Most of the staff members always have the same looks, so it's nice to have a familiar face, which gives you a sense of stability and security, and it doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. I think it's great because it's close to the station. I would like to continue using it. Despite the difficult times caused by the coronavirus pandemic, I was impressed by how he always spoke up and spoke up, and worked by putting the customer first. It's a wonderful shop. All the dishes are delicious.
