everything is perfect!!! You have to reserve long time before the day you wanna go, by call or their hp but its worthy. The volume is really alot!! so means the price is reasonable.

This is the 3rd branch of SATO Briand, the best yakiniku restaurant in Tokyo. It is one of the most popular restaurants, and it used to be really difficult to get a reservation, but now that the number of restaurants has increased, it is now possible to make a reservation about a month in advance. It's wonderful to have a way to make rabbits eat square meat well, such as yellowtail rice, yellowtail cutlet sandwich, and fillet suki. The original spices really bring out the flavor of the meat and the umami of the gravy, and the technique of the yakishi is clearly different from the 'nanchatte yakishi' that you see here and there these days. It's not cheap by any means, but the meat quality, thickness, and taste make me think it's worth it. Sango is a short walk north along the main street from Asagaya Station, so it's a good idea to check.
