Very nice restaurant with good quality beef. Beef are lean but very soft and tender. Usually Japanese beef are too oily and tastes like butter, this one tastes like real beef ! Friendly staff speaking Chinese.

Reserve ahead of time and ask them to put hold some of their famous 'harami' (skirt steak) for you as they tend to run out due to high demand. Bill came to 20,000 JPY for a party of 4; we ordered alcohol and A LOT of meat in addition to other items. Great quality all around, staff were attentive and the facilities were clean and relatively spacious. It's not 'cheap' but it is very good value considering what you get.
