Delicious beef tongues! I ordered the mix tasted set. The two flavors (salted and 味增) are both really great! I love it! 😍😍

The rich fat of the meat is amazing. Every time you bite into it, you get a delicious taste. It's a good price, but I thought it was worth it. I had only ever eaten smooth beef tongue, so I was surprised by the texture and richness of the flavor. The taste of the tail soup is light, but the meat inside is rich. The beef tongue and the accompanying pickles and miso are both delicious and satisfying. Personally, I thought I would like miso as an accompaniment to rice. It's frustrating that I can't express the taste well, but it was a delicious restaurant.
