Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan｜Henkotsu

It was delicious and I was impressed. The staff at the store are also kind. I didn't even have to go to Tokyo to find out that there was a store like this in Hachioji.

The sashimi is fresh and the work is done carefully so it's delicious. Reservations are required for tatami seats. It is best used by a small number of people at the counter. The price is also quite reasonable considering the quality.

It was a shop with a calm atmosphere compared to before.
