It's usually delicious, but I recommend Matsusaka beef. Kalbi here is Matsusaka beef in principle. However, even with the same A5, we use Matsusaka beef that is higher than that of high-end restaurants. Let's eat from the cheapest ribs (Matsusaka beef) and fillet loin (Omi beef). Before the public health center became noisy, the lever sashimi (upper lever) was actually the most delicious.
Grilled shabu with egg yolk is very delicious. I think that the quality of meat is high and cost performance is good.
