When the owner is busy managing a one-off operation, the service may be delayed or customers may have to ask for their order, but recently they have hired a talented part-time worker on the weekends, so things seem to have improved a lot. You'll have to wait a little while for it to be cooked, but the liver at the restaurant is exquisite. I like rare. Of course, other than liver is also delicious! It's a restaurant that makes you want to pop in on your way home from work or on a weekend night and say, ``Oh, I want to have a drink with that liver.''
I wanted to eat delicious liver, so I was drawn to the words on the signboard. I stopped by. There is also yakitori, but the main dish is grilled pork. Of course I ordered liver. I was surprised at how delicious it was, exceeding my expectations! I get the impression that most of the yakitori restaurants in the Akishima area tend to keep their raw material costs low and use sweet sauces to score points. Here, the ingredients are carefully selected from the purchasing stage and grilled over charcoal. Here is the real flavor that doesn't rely solely on the sauce. Even beer mugs get really cold. I went for it sparingly, but this store is the only one I can beat☺️
Yakitori and grilled skewers are excellent. This is a recommended restaurant where you can enjoy delicious sake and food. For meals, we ordered a set of 7 entrusted meals, stewed offal, cheese rice cake, and chicken salt udon. Each skewer is carefully crafted, and the appearance, taste, and price are all the best. In addition, the chicken salt udon was light but had a strong taste, and the udon had a good texture and was the best. The atmosphere of the store was also my favorite, such as playing images with a projector. Above all, the good person aura emanating from the master adds to the atmosphere of the shop, and I feel that it is a shop where people gather. Also, it was a shop that I wanted to visit.
