More Comments at Google MapThis place is ridiculously cool. The vibe is totally different than the modernist Tachikawa Station is sits above. Highly recommend, and I'll be taking photos next time. It's like you're in a small, old Japanese town that has booths and small rooms instead of homes. Onigiri were a surprising and delicious menu item. Drinks were amazing and every other item we ordered was just perfect. Unsure if there is an English menu, but if you're free of dietary restrictions then you'll be safe pointing at anything here and getting something yummy.
Good ambience
I visited alone for the first time in a few years, partly because the state of emergency was declared. Since it was daytime, I drank less, but it seems that I made a mistake in my pace because it was my first time drinking outside in a long time, and I asked for too much food (laughs). There are 4 items to eat: (1) cream cheese marinated in Saikyo miso, (2) smoked mackerel potato salad, (3) umejako salad, and (4) deep-fried Tochio. All of them were very delicious, but the combination of ① and ② was especially good. If you put a pinch of potato salad on the cracker that comes with ①, put about two pieces of smoked mackerel on top, and put a piece of cream cheese pickled in Saikyo miso on top, it's the best match \(^o^) / Speaking of greed, I wondered if I wanted to order additional crackers because I could order them separately (laughs) I have a good customer service and I had a very good time ♬
