I went there with my family. The concept of the restaurant is "salmon" and "basil", and there are various menus made with local Hino products and ingredients ordered from various places, and all of them are delicious. The inside of the store is bright and calm, and the atmosphere is relaxing. There are also counter seats, so it seems easy to go alone. The store manager and staff were very friendly and I enjoyed eating and drinking comfortably 😊 I would appreciate it if you could improve the fact that the menu book is difficult to spread. I really want to see it because it is very well made 😅 I think it's a shop with an atmosphere that I haven't seen before at Hino Station, so I'm looking forward to it 🎶

I used it at a cross-industrial exchange meeting. In addition to the photo, miso soup and white rice were included. You can expect a fairly large evening menu. Access is also good because it is located right in front of Hino station. I forgot to take a picture of the entrance😅 There are tatami mat seats and table seats in the store, so it's good because it can be used for banquets ☺️ There is also a wide variety of sake, so I think it would be good for those who want to enjoy sake with side dishes.
