Fuchu, Tokyo, Japan｜Tokutouseki

As the name suggests, this is a sake bar located in Fuchu. It is about a 5 minute walk from Fuchu Station and within walking distance from Fuchu Honmachi Station. The shop is on the second floor and goes up the stairs. There are counter seats (I think there were about 6 seats) and table seats. Since we went on a Sunday afternoon, there weren't many customers, so it was just us and one group sitting at a table. You can drink 18 types of sake with all you can drink. It is served in a large choko and is about half a cup as stated. I like this type of drink because I can drink a lot of different things. If you can drink a lot, the all-you-can-drink option is better value. They had Miyoshi chrysanthemums, which I like, and there was a bottle of Miyoshi chrysanthemums displayed on the wall of the store. Snacks include raw oysters, sashimi, and meat, and many go well with alcohol. I would definitely like to go again.

On the last day of work in Fuchu, I had a small farewell party and visited. I used it once at a drinking party about 3 years ago. Since it was time for the second party, we had a light meal menu and all-you-can-drink. Japanese sake is quite rich and nice. In addition, there is a rare green sake that is easy to drink, so I asked for it in the second half. I was very satisfied.

The selection and quality of the sake selection is excellent, as are the number of side dishes that go well with it. This is a sake bar of such high quality that you can't believe the prices are so reasonable.
