3 minutes walk from JR Tachikawa Station. We visited [Private room x famous chicken dish Torisen Tachikawa main branch]. It was raining that day, but I didn't get too wet because I was close to the station and I was able to walk through a covered road. The specialty of this restaurant is its famous chicken dishes using Soshu old white chicken. According to research, Soshu Old White Chicken has less fat than regular chicken. It is said to have a strong richness and flavor, and little odor. The interior of the restaurant is all private rooms and has a horigotatsu-style seating area, making it a comfortable space. I was a little concerned that smoking was allowed in all seats, but I was relieved that all rooms were private and there was no smell of cigarettes. When I sat down, the first thing I ordered was meat sashimi including Soshu old white chicken. This is a very popular menu item that is cooked at a low temperature. We had breast sashimi, liver sashimi, heart sashimi, specially selected beef sashimi, and horse sashimi. First up is the breast sashimi recommended by the staff. It has a very refreshing taste and is easy to eat. This is a satisfying taste that I would definitely recommend. And liver sting. The rich flavor is irresistible! Heart sashimi has a plump texture that makes you addicted to it. I couldn't help but order the beef sashimi made with specially selected beef because it said ``Quantities are limited,'' and it turned out to be a great decision. It's full of flavor, yet refreshing, so you can't help but eat it with chopsticks. The horse sashimi, which was ordered from Kumamoto Prefecture, had no taste and was easy to eat. The meat of the teppanyaki yakitori is soft and fragrant. Even though it had cooled down a bit, it was still delicious. We also had the popular menu, the chicken sukiyaki hot pot made with local chicken. Meat is mixed with homemade warishita and dipped in egg. The umami of the chicken, the sweetness of the warishita, and the rich flavor of the egg combine to make you feel happy. I'm glad there are lots of vegetables. That's right, you can enjoy not only chicken but also fresh fish here. This time, we had an assortment of four kinds of famous fresh fish sashimi, and grilled salmon with seasoned ponzu sauce. I particularly liked the flavor of the grilled salmon with ponzu sauce. Salmon and ponzu sauce go well together. Lastly, we also had the special grilled beef thighs, which are limited to 5 servings per day. This has a melt-in-the-mouth taste! I found out about this later when I researched it, but it seems that beef peach peaches are highly nutritious. What a great part, delicious and highly nutritious. All the food was delicious, and the customer service was polite and satisfying. I was a little concerned that there was no explanation of the dishes. It would be nice if it was just a side menu, I didn't even mention the Soshu Old White Chicken that the store sells, huh? ? It became. The fact that each item is this delicious means that I'm sure they are working on ways to bring out the deliciousness of each part. I think it would have been even more interesting if I could hear the story about that. However, I was able to enjoy a lot of chicken for the first time in a while, and it was a satisfying meal.
