Visited at 12:30 on 7/16 (Sunday). First of all, I have a good impression of the clean store and friendly customer service. Ordered Hoikoro rice, half ramen, 2 jumbo dumplings and draft beer for lunch. Draft beer and mugs are well chilled. Personally, I prefer small gyoza dumplings, but the jumbo dumplings here were very delicious with solid ingredients. Hoikoro rice has a strong seasoning and goes well with rice. Half ramen has a very good soup, which I like. I unintentionally ordered additional chilled Chinese noodles. I would like the chilled Chinese noodles to be a little sweeter, but this is a matter of taste. Until now, there was no Chinese restaurant around Kunitachi Station that I could easily enter, but I found a good one. Thank you for the meal. Next time I will try the full size ramen.

2023.02.12 Add a photo. 2022.07.09Revisit The tanmen topped with butter was extremely delicious! Although the vegetables are delicious on their own, the addition of clams gives it a very deep flavor. When you add butter on top, it's so delicious that you'll become addicted to it. It's been a long time since I ate all the soup. Visited the store for the first time in the afternoon on Sunday, February 20, 2022. There is no parking lot, but is it a municipal office about 60m in a straight line in the southeast direction from the store? There is a parking lot that can park about 70 cars (100 yen/15 minutes). The store is located in the back of the central aisle of the building, so you can't see it well from the street. The red signboards along the road will be described later. The store looks new, has a slightly wider feel, and is clean. It seems that they pay attention to the lighting, the table that should be bright is bright, and the other is calm brightness and the atmosphere is good. I ordered Gomoku fried rice (750 yen), Gomoku ankake noodles (880 yen), special brown sugar black vinegar sweet and sour pork (1080 yen), 2 jumbo gyoza (240 yen), and almond tofu (280 yen). Fried rice was more delicious than expected. First of all, the rice is delicious, and the oil is perfectly mixed. It's neither flimsy nor moist, it feels really good. The ingredients are eggs, green onions, char siu, shrimp, and crab sticks. I'm glad that one large shrimp is on top. My companion said that the gomoku ankake noodles didn't have enough sweetness, but it was just right for me and was very delicious. The special brown sugar black vinegar sweet and sour pork has an exquisite balance between the sourness and sweetness of the bean paste, and you can enjoy the umami of black vinegar. The pork is crispy on the outside, and the meat inside is soft and rich in flavor when you chew it together with the bean paste. Perfect for cooking vegetables such as onions and green peppers. Now 1080 yen is not expensive. Jumbo gyoza are not huge, but they are 2-3 times the size of normal ramen shop gyoza. The bean paste has a good balance of meat and vegetables and is delicious. The taste of gyoza is different from the gyoza dumplings you usually get at a ramen shop, but it is also different from the gyoza dumplings you make at home. I thought 240 yen for 2 pieces was cheap. Overall, the food does not use chemical seasoning, or even if it does, it tastes like a very small amount, which gives a good impression. The store is clean and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the price is not expensive. I'm sure I'll visit again, so I thought I'd give 4 stars, but... I spilled fried rice soup on the table due to my mistake. The store clerk immediately brought out paper towels. I wiped it off myself, but the clerk quickly cleaned up the clump of kitchen paper that I had finished wiping. The customer service from the staff on the floor was very good, including the quickness and naturalness of this response, so I added one ★ to give it a rating of 5. Lastly, there is a bright red signboard on the side of the road that says ``Gyoza Ramen Chinese Cuisine'', but I don't think it shows the greatness of this restaurant. I get the impression of a Chinese restaurant. I think this store stands apart from such stores, so I think the signage design should be reconsidered. The location is good because it is close to the station, but I think it is a handicap because it is located in the back of the building. I will support you like this, so please do your best.

I received the lunch set (Mabo Eggplant Bowl ➕ Half Ramen) for 1100 yen. Even though the ramen soup is soy sauce-based, it has a gentle flavor that I have never had before and is very delicious. I felt that the noodles were well-coated with the soup and it was a complete ramen. The mapo eggplant bowl was also delicious with a flavor that is hard to find in Japan.
