After being introduced to the company's wonderful boss, Niigata, we visited the store with two boys. This is a restaurant with delicious salads 🥗 that are not aimed at girls.

Around 9:30 pm on a public holiday, my partner and I were looking for a place to eat dinner at Nishi-Kokubunji Station, and we decided to stop by this place that had been on our minds for some time. I ordered assorted yakitori, salt-grilled pork tongue, fried octopus, red sea bream sashimi, and vinegared octopus. I usually drink beer, but since I wasn't feeling well, I asked if they had non-alcoholic beer, and they said they did, so I ordered that as well. When I opened the menu, I was surprised to find that there were nearly 56 variations of fried foods. Fries, fried chicken, ravioli, stuffed chicken skin...there's no shortage of options. The sashimi was just right and had a good texture, and the platter of skewers, of which there were 5, I would have expected one to be less delicious, but that wasn't the case; the liver, peaches, kashira, and skin. All of the hearts were of good quality and were all well-seasoned. What was even more surprising was that non-alcoholic beer was served in mugs. After all, drinking cold carbonated water from a mug is delicious! I was very grateful. Regular sours such as lemon and lime are cheap at 300 yen. Anyway, it was a restaurant that made me happy just by looking at the menu. As for the customer service, the hostess responds briefly and in a modest voice, so I thought some customers might be worried, wondering if she was coming to the store. I really liked the clear communication that didn't get in the way of the conversation. With such a large number of items, it must be difficult to prepare, but I hope it continues to be loved by the locals. I'll be at Nishi-Kokubunji for a while, so I'm thinking of getting a bottle.
