“Eteko Kushiyaki Stand” is one of the Saru family in Kokubunji. First, let's have a beer! I ordered several kinds of snacks from it! ! There are many attractive skewers! We also have vegetable skewers, which are recommended for those who are thinking about health! My recommendation is “Lever”! ! ! You can eat the freshest liver half-raw, and not only is it delicious, but the green onion sauce coated in sesame oil is even more delicious! (As mentioned in other reviews, you should try this!) I also tried tan lemon salt for the first time, and it was delicious too! ! Repeat is confirmed! ! It's a shop just for me, with other things like DIY! (There are probably many people who do!) I recommend all the Saruya restaurants, but this one is the one where you can enjoy it at a relatively low price! I will go again! !

Around Kokubunji, there are many shops of a company called Saruya family. While I was on business, I heard that this store had recently opened, so I stopped by this store as if I had a drink. Motsuni and skewers are perfect for such a motive. Motsuni is a simple dish with only motsu and green onions, but it has almost no smell and is boiled so soft that you won't be able to stop chopsticks. After all, I want to eat motsuni without sharing. Come to think of it, I remember having encountered this flavor at an affiliated store, Monkey Punch, when I thought it was motsuni that I had eaten somewhere before. The skewers menu is also interesting. I can't choose, so I trusted the owner and ordered 3 omakase. They serve it in the order it's cooked. First is the lever. Not only is the liver served half-cooked, but the green onion sauce with sesame oil is also delicious. Next, deep-fried tofu. The green tang soy sauce flavor was good. The last is lemon salt of tongue. It is accompanied by salted lemon, which is quite salty, and it is a good accent to eat while sipping on it. All skewers had different sauces. It's good to hear that you are doing a lot of work with various ingenuity. It's not a bad idea to drink while reading an online article about the struggles of a store owner who was called a 'pork'. Finally, when I told the clerk that it was delicious, I was very disappointed that the maple rum was out of stock and could not be offered. I'm sure I'll come next time, so let's look forward to that time.
