2023.5.27 Kodaira Dear Daimasu, the popular cuisine. If you are looking for the second house in Kodaira, there is a shop that is highly rated by word of mouth☺️ When I opened the door, I saw a couple over 80 years old working in a small place with 6 counter seats and 1 tatami room table. There were just two seats available at the counter, so I sat down. It seems that the owner used to make western food, so when I looked at the menu, there was gratin and it looked very delicious☺️ I had a live horse mackerel, and if there was any leftover body parts, they fried the bones and it was delicious until the end ☺️ +The fried tofu was crunchy and fluffy inside and was delicious! This was my first visit to this store, but it seems that it will be closed at the end of June this year, so I wish I had known about it sooner (´;ω;`) With a history of more than 40 years, it used to have seats on the second floor, but it seems that the body can't keep up with it, so it's only on the first floor. I really want this kind of restaurant to remain. . The proprietress said she had time to clean up, so she told me a lot about the store and taught me how to fold the chopstick rests. I like this kind of warm shop 😌 It was my first time seeing you, but thank you very much ☺️

I visited for the first time in ten years! I was so young back then...I'm immersed in nostalgia. It's a pity that I couldn't eat the crab shell gratin, but the bone crackers after eating horse mackerel sashimi are still good. I would like you to enjoy the slow pace of the two of you. Be kind.

Is it also famous for Rui Yoshida's bar wanderings? In addition, the shop. It is run by an elderly couple. The sake selected by the host and the food go perfectly together! Due to the coronavirus pandemic and the store owner being elderly, I think it would be a good idea to go early. Currently, it appears to be open only on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
