I used to go to Shinjuku Yotsuya in search of delicious sake, but after learning about this shop, I no longer go to izakayas in other areas. Starting with the appetizer, every dish is delicious. You can enjoy fresh sashimi, freshly fried fish cakes and tempura, the aroma of charcoal grilling, special egg rolls, sea bream rice cooked in a clay pot, and seasonal sake. Although it is a "father's hideaway", everyone from children to the elderly can enjoy it in a private room. From unpasteurized sake to pasteurized sake, Shinsei is a wonderful shop where you can enjoy Hanayoyu on a regular basis.
