The owner, San, trained at a shop in Tokyo that sells Miyazaki chicken and then opened this place. We use local chicken sent directly from Miyazaki to serve both standard and creative dishes, and the alcohol is Susumu-kun♪ (lol) The ``handmade green tofu'' that I liked the most seems to be made with different ingredients every day, and this time it was carrots, honeysuckle, bean sprouts, shiso leaves, yellow chrysanthemums, and publica, but they also prepared a small plate with soy sauce and salt so you could have it to your liking. Personally, I definitely recommend salt. You can also enjoy ramen and desserts made with local chicken. By the way, the owner, San, who is wearing a Samue and a towel wrapped around his head, has a tough look on his face, but when I talk to him about the train destination information board on the wall, he smiles and says that he is busy and doesn't get to go much at the moment, but he has been to the countryside on YouTube. He also laughed that he was a ``drinking iron'' who liked drinking alcohol. The lady in charge of the hall was very charming and I was impressed by her courteous customer service, so I would like to go there again with my husband.

When I was looking for a restaurant in Kiyose that looked delicious, I came across this one. It was a restaurant that I would like to come back to again because of its sashimi, local chicken, and many other things.
