One of the best meals I had in Tokyo. The chef prepared rich charcuterie with a Japanese twist. Sashimi pork liver, kidney, and other offal with amazing marinades and sauces. Followed up with rich broths, vegetables, and other pork dishes. All paired with a great selection of sakes.

Great food, friendly staff, a must go in Hanakoganei!
