More Comments at Google MapFor some reason, I’ve always had the Akamaru but decided to try the Shiomaru instead. My wife and I both agreed that Akamaru is the best, if you don’t mind a bit of spiciness. Actually the free marinated bean sprouts packs a good punch. The chasu is also very tender and flavourful. Much better than Ichiran’s hard and bland ones. And you must order enough gyoza as they are smaller than usual. We ordered 5 and felt it was teasing us so ordered another 10. Love the slight yuzu tinge in the sauce. Don’t worry about the queue as the turnover is fast. Sit down, order using iPad and food is prepared pretty quickly. Highly recommended if you crave for Hakata style ramen in Ginza!
We’ve tried both their classic as well as modern ramen and gyoza. Everything was delicious, we’ve waited a bit for a place but not too long. Prices are ok for the location and the place looks nice. Food was delivered quickly.
One of the best meals we had in Tokyo on a rainy Sunday night, the queue was still going strong around 8:30pm but the turnover was pretty fast so we only waited for around 15 minutes. Since it was late and the weather was bad, we decided to hit this place up which was conveniently located just beside our hotel. What a great decision it turned out to be. We had the shiromaru classic, the broth was very flavourful and the ramen was cooked to perfection with the right amount of "bounciness". No wonder the place was packed!
