Chuo City, Tokyo, Japan｜Ginzasa

Amazing ramen rich but light at the same time. I learned when I was inside that this was an award winning ramen in Japan. The broth is so flavourful and the noodle so fresh.

Honestly the best ramen in Ginza. Best Shio Ramen (880yen) with chashu (220 yen) and egg (120 yen). Noodles were thin compared to Ramen Street noodles but better in quality. Better than Ginza-Tei by far. Please do go if you are reading this- You won't regret.

A nice place with a cozy atmosphere. It uses a vending machine for orders, which includes English description of the offered options, so it is super easy to order even if you don't speak Japanese. The noodles are great and the soup is quite original, with some rather unique toppings (in my opinion). I see all of that as a plus, along with the fast service and not being too busy even during lunch hours. If you're in the neighbourhood, it's worth a try. The prices are more than reasonable for this area of Tokyo as well.
