Chuo City, Tokyo, Japan｜Kitakata Ramen BAN NAI Kyobashi

The ramen is so delicious! The Clear soup looks simple and unassuming, but the complexity of the different flavours is astounding. Chashu slices are thick, and the wanton filling was tasty too. This dish is enough to want me to come back to Tokyo to have.

I'm from Fukushima Prefecture where this ramen chain was born. So glad I've found this ramen shop close to my office in Kyobashi. In the busiest hours, you'd have to sit next to a stranger to enjoy a bowl, but it's worth it. Not too fancy nor expensive but you can enjoy one delicious ramen here. I recommend a simple ramen with soy sauce broth or miso broth one. It'll warm up your belly nicely without a sense of heaviness which you could get from some fancy and oily ramen bowls 😉
