I went before the store opened on a weekday, and I waited in line for over an hour. A popular store as rumored. . Ordered upper ramen (medium) & wakame & rice. The soup was delicious, but honestly I felt like a junkie. Maybe it's because my taste buds have recently been impressed by the gentle, deep-flavored soups from Chiba City's Suehiro family and Chiba family. The char siu and wakame toppings were absolutely delicious! The customer service is divine and amazing! When you leave the restaurant after a meal, shouting "Come on!" feels so good that you want to teach it to Horiemon! There's nothing to say about the service! Free rice, delicious kappa (cucumber pickles), and ramen vinegar (you can get it if you ask) are the best! ! Anyway, this is a shop with a lot of regulars. Everyone is happy.
A restaurant that recently graduated from the name of Yokohama Iekei Ramen, where you can eat exquisite chicken and pork bones ♪ About 10 groups were lined up one hour before opening on Sunday afternoon. But the turnover rate is very fast! This time I ordered ramen with wakame seaweed topping. The brown soup is an excellent soup with the richness and mellowness of the chicken oil on the surface, and when mixed, the sharpness of the Kaeshi and the salty taste are outstandingly delicious. The noodles are short noodles from Sakai Seimen, and go well with the soup. The topping wakame seaweed adds the flavor of the seashore to the soup, and its slimy texture goes perfectly with the soup, making it addictive. The char siu was a delicious smoked char siu that made me want to eat rice!
