More Comments at Google MapI think the locals wished they could take this one back from the tourists. Expect to queue for about 30-40mins. The line goes round the side of the lil shop. There are <20 seats in the place, but the meals get slurped up fast, and diners move along quickly. Orders are paid up front at the kiosks, and, it’s a Cashless establishment. There is one unicorn-like girl who greets you, manages the queuing, tells you where to sit, gets you your water, and sometimes, serves you your meal. This keeps service well-oiled and contains most of the hustle behind the counter. The counter is the only thing between you and the kitchen. I spotted 3 in the kitchen + 1 unicorn girl. Thats all they need. The star of this experience is the ramen itself. I ordered the set meal of the yuzu-shio, and it comes with a mini bowl of chopped up pork on rice. Yuzu-ramen with yellow noodles: the broth is genius. It has the full body of bone flavour with the pep of yuzu. The noodles itself, springing with a slight bite. *chefs kiss* Mini rice bowl: yummy porky bits are clear cousins to the chashu that floats in the ramen. It shares the same pedigree of flavour.
The soup flavor is really good, I ordered salty ramen and the soup has a mild flavor of the famous citron. Pork slice is grilled right before serving and the flavor is rich. Also great services. Highly recommend!
I ordered the spicy yuzu ramen. Very fresh & delicious broth. But long queue
