More Comments at Google MapFace is not the only reason. In this store, you can not only feel the rich history, but also experience Japanese culture. The waiting time is not long, at 12:45 on weekdays, it takes about 20 minutes to be seated. Diners are assigned to a cubicle. All services that may be involved, including water pouring (there is a faucet at each seat), placing orders, calling bells, etc., are prepared in advance. There are actually 9 paper tubes lined up on one wall of the bathroom, just out of fear that the guests might not have any paper to use. The noodles are slightly salty. After finishing almost all the soup, I found an easter egg on the bottom of the bowl: "この一dropは高の喜びです". Guests who have not finished the soup will not be able to read these words. Come to think of it, the shop owner is also an interesting person.
We had our second time of ichiran in this branch and we thought this branch’s ramen tasted nicer than the first branch we had. We had were so surprised. My husband ordered extra rice and char Siew to be eaten after his noodle with his left over broth. That was really another type of eating and it was so good. Also, the wait time wasn’t that bad. It was around 30mins only.
Very very good Tonkotsu. The chilli on it was delicious and provided a good spice touch but could have gone hotter (I went medium “level 2” but you can choose “level 3 to 10”. I added an egg which I had to peel but a great way to show freshness as easy to peel and perfectly cooked. It lived up to the hype and I could have eaten another bowl. Their process to get people in and out is immaculate and a work of art
