A fancier ramen shop that also costs a bit more. Definitely tastes great though. I love chicken based ramen more than pork based usually and this one is really good. Only thing is the soup is thicker than I'd like (I usually like lighter soups) but otherwise taste is great.

This ramen was a thick Tori Paitan named “POTA” probably because it’s like the french cuisine Pot au feu. The soup was really creamy and had the right balance! They even give out some condiments (basil tare and spice tare) so you can alter the flavor profile. Overall a really great ramen dish!

I never expected chicken ramen to taste so amazing. Honestly, one of the best ramens I had in Japan. Thank you.
