An izakaya in town that is crowded with locals🍶 I visited a little early in the evening, around 5pm, and the counter was already crowded with regular customers. However, there were semi-private seats, so even if you are not a regular, I think you can have a relaxing time😌 The food was mainly Japanese, but there were some Chinese dishes as well, which was interesting! The prices are reasonable and easy to use on a daily basis, so it's no wonder there are so many regular customers.

The staff were friendly and the food and drinks were served quickly. I haven't been to Houka next door for a long time, so when I first ordered Takara soba, I was full (￣▽￣;) Some kind of salad was a little spicy.

You can also eat gyoza dumplings and oil soba from Baohua next door. It seems to be an affiliated store of Baohua. Higashi Koganei is a student town, but you can drink calmly in an adult atmosphere.
