Mitaka, Tokyo, Japan｜Yakitori Hige

This my favorite restaurant/bar in the world! The yakitori, and all menu items are traditional Japanese and excellent! The service is great, and owner is calm and friendly. Since it is very close to the ICU campus entrance I used to go there when I was a college student with my college karate club friends. It’s also the place I went on my first date with my wife….46 years ago. My wife and I went to hige several times last summer again and it’s still the same old awesome place! We both truly love Hige! We plan to go there in the summer next year several times when we visit mitaka for week. Please try and enjoy our favorite Japanese restaurant.
