Been to many Yakitori/Mitsuyaki places all over Japan. One of the best restaurants if not the best of its kind, not just food but service and hospitality !

I went to Chofu because the offal was delicious. It goes without saying that boiled offal is delicious, but almost all of them are delicious. In particular, the green onion skewers are so delicious that I would like to go there again. Next time I'm interested in boiled tongue or Tanqueray.
