For meat, I often eat gizzards, hearts, and beef skewers because of my taste. (The other parts are also delicious, but I like it too much...) I also love chicken yukhoe, which goes well with alcohol with salt and sesame oil. This charcoal-grilled restaurant is perfect for those times when you want to eat delicious food without being pretentious.
