A friend of mine made a reservation for me and I came here for the first time. At the entrance, there is a signboard that says Bincho charcoal is used, and in the kitchen, there is a grill made of bricks, which raises expectations. We ordered the robatayaki enjoyment course and the last filefish sashimi that was in the tank inside the store. In the appetizer salad, each vegetable is crispy and you can feel the goodness of the material. Even the main beef has a high-quality, juicy taste and is perfectly cooked. I was very satisfied with the various dishes, and the broad beans and new onions were particularly impressive. Cook the inside until the skin is charred, peel off the skin and eat. Broad beans, the unique flavor disappears and the rich taste of beans is delicious. New onions, a creamy texture and just the right amount of sweetness spread throughout your mouth. The chef's recommendation, 100% Yamada Nishiki raw sake [Kaiun] goes well with sake. As for the filefish, which was an additional order, it is good to insert the knife just right so that you can enjoy the texture. The chef's discerning eye for selecting ingredients, handling the knife, and grilling are all excellent. I was able to find an excellent store with the strongest cost performance. I forgot to take a picture of the new onion, so please go eat it!
I ordered a course and everything was delicious! Very satisfied. The buckwheat noodles were also delicious.
