On the JR Chuo Line, there is a shop in the alley in front of the station, about a 2-minute walk from the south exit of Mitaka Station. I had a job nearby and saw a signboard for lunch on the way home from work, so my colleague and I stopped by for lunch. Passing through the blue noren, customers who seem to be regulars are chatting with the master. There are about 8 counter seats and 2 table seats for 6 people, and the chairs are covered with unique denim cushions. The lunch on this day was a set of cold soba noodles and savory rice, a set meal of pork ginger, and a seafood bowl on the back menu. This time I ordered a set meal of pork ginger. The order came shortly after. The main pork ginger grill is quite voluminous. It's really gorgeous with rice, clam soup, cold tofu, and pickles there. All the flavors were very good and very delicious. Naturally full. On the way home, he said, "Thank you for your hard work in the heat. Please come back in the afternoon." The price is 800 yen with this excellent quality, and I am a little worried about whether it is profitable. It was a wonderful shop that was loved by the locals with the master's strong service spirit. We recommend stopping by when you come to Mitaka.
A system with low awareness in a good way.
