This is a homey-feeling Japanese style seafood place that we might call a "shanty" on the east coast of the US. Grungy decor, decent prices, and fresh fish. I had some of the best non-fancy sushi I have had here, the sashimi comes in generously thick portions, but if they are offering any type of fish gutted and grilled THAT'S what you are really coming here for.

Cheap, delicious, friendly. As expected of Mr. Isomaru.

That Isomaru Suisan was also in Futako Tamagawa. The taste is the usual Isomaru Suisan.
