Setagaya City, Tokyo, Japan｜Gomyou

One of the great things about Tokyo is that people who live here often have excellent meals in unexpected places. That was our experience tonight. Gomyou has a wonderful compliment of seasonal food and Japanese sake. We absolutely loved each of our dishes and felt that the sake that we paired with our meal was perfect. The service was very friendly and accommodated our somewhat poor Japanese. Prices are relatively high, but it is very much worth it! Highly recommended.

I will visit for lunch when I want to eat fish. I'm happy to have a little bit of a lot of things. I had a lot of soy sauce in the boiled hijiki, but I think this is a personal preference. Everything else is delicious.
