The atmosphere is comfortable for even one person to enter. They are also very particular about their cuisine. The manager's personality is also nice! There are many types of Japanese sake.
The owner, who is in his 30s and graduated from the brewing department of an agricultural university, has a selection of famous sake that he has personally picked up by visiting liquor stores and breweries all over the place. From light and dry to rich and umami, from cold sake to Hiya, and from Hyuga-warm to Tokikiri-warm, you can choose one at a reasonable price to suit your tastes and the food you want to eat. Of course, feel free to ask the store owner if you have any questions. In addition to sake, we also offer a wide range of products including shochu, awamori, sours, hoppy drinks, and highballs. Depending on the day, they skillfully serve sashimi, simmered dishes, grilled dishes, fried dishes, fish, meat, and vegetables in both Japanese and Western style. The appetizer was so delicious that I ended up refilling it. You can enjoy the ingredients purchased by the owner himself from Kawasaki Northern Market instead of the local supermarket. The inside of the store is not large, but it doesn't give the impression of being small. There were no noisy customers, no overbearing customers, and no brand fans, it was a comfortable space where everyone was having fun and enjoying themselves.
