Arrived late in the afternoon before the dinner rush started so service was pretty quick to begin with. Food was quite good for the price and the drinks were very large for the price. Overall an excellent value. Later into the evening, many people started to come in and once full, the service started to slow down a little bit but still wasn't terrible; I've certainly experienced worse. Had to use LINE to order for the table (which was kind of neat and a novel idea), but they had no public Wi-Fi available for guests and my cellular data was slow/intermittent which meant ordering was a bit of a pain (but not a problem for my local friends who were with au or Docomo).

The delivery staff is great. Even when they seem busy, they are very polite and don't make an unpleasant face, so I feel comfortable receiving them. I went there as a customer, and of course the customer service was great.

Ikkyu Day is such a great deal that I rarely use it on other days. My membership card has expired by the time I realize it, but I think the membership fee will be repaid within the same day. On weekdays, it's lively with many college students having drinking parties. I often see people with children. Depending on the day, product delivery may be slow, but the young employees are all energetic and provide pleasant customer service. If you are traveling with two people, we recommend a private room with a curtain to the right of the entrance. It's small, but you can eat in peace.
