I visited on Saturday around 19:25. At the time of the visit, four groups were passed through an empty seat at the counter during the meal. This place was visited by the owner of the udon shop, who often sees Instagram, so I was curious and visited. You can have a rare ramen that the seasoning is roasted sake. I ordered roast sake ramen and it arrived in a little over 5 minutes. The soup is clear, close to soy sauce ramen. Ingredients are green onions, white-haired green onions, bamboo shoots, nori seaweed, pickled plums, 2 slices of pork belly chashu, and half an egg. The noodles are thin noodles with less water and are chewy. Umeboshi is a ramen ingredient, and crisp plums are rare. To tell the truth, I had just recovered from illness and my nose was not very good, but I could feel the umami of roasted sake. If I had a good nose, I might have enjoyed the scent even more! regrettable! It was very refreshing, and it was a familiar ramen that could be smooth instead of ochazuke. Barra char siu is good. Some people use izakaya, so it seems to be convenient. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The senshu ramen here is really delicious. Before the name change, when I was in Hironotei, I liked the senshu ramen and visited it occasionally, but I feel that it has become even more delicious since the beginning of this year. A refreshing yet rich soup, a corner of grilled pork, a corner of bonito flakes, a corner of green onions, and so on. Even when you have no appetite, your appetite will rise and you will be fine. It's that kind of ramen. As an aside, this is the first shop where I wanted an annual pass.

What is roasted sake ramen? Seasoning unique to Japan. Roasted sake flavored ramen? I want to drink all the soup! I don't really like rich pork bones, so I'm grateful for ramen like this. So, the second time I tried miso ramen. This is a really delicious ramen shop. I just hope it doesn't become a famous store with long lines.
