I had a casual lunch on the weekend. The main course is a luxurious set meal consisting of saikyo-yaki salmon, rice, miso soup, hiyayakko (hiyayakko), mozuku seaweed, and an assortment of vegetable side dishes. A delicious dish filled with salmon meat. The staff are friendly and the shop has a nice atmosphere.

I had a capricious lunch of 1,300 yen. Starting with the main dish, the Saikyo-yaki salmon, the clam miso soup and side dishes are also very elegant. It's valuable because there are many restaurants that tend to use a salty punch. I ate a proper Takuan with a smoked scent for the first time in a long time. The impression that everything is not cut out. I'm thinking of going at night this time. Just one point, it would be nice if there was a paper napkin or tissue on the table.

The fish and meat were all delicious. Wine, Japanese sake, and shochu are available. It's the perfect place to relax and have a drink.
