More Comments at Google MapA shop that always caught my attention on my way home. For some reason, I saw the lanterns that day and felt like ``Let's go check it out'', so I came to the store. I thought the main dishes would be skewered fried meat and giblets, but it was a happy miscalculation as there were seasonal fish and seasonal vegetables as well. Kushiage is a standard dish, but there are also some unusual ones that make you think, ``Wow!'' Too many (laughs) There were some elaborate a la carte dishes, and at first glance the owner seemed unfriendly (or rude), but when I asked him about the ingredients, he told me where they came from and how they were prepared. Rare sake and shochu are also available, just like the food. You can feel the commitment of the owner. I stopped by alone this time, but I plan to visit again with my wife soon. thank you for the food.
This skewer is really light! It's crisp and crisp. The clothes are thin and elegant. The mini tomato meat roll was so delicious that I was disappointed. Motsuni was also served on the third day, but it was soft and had a gentle taste even though it was stewed. Repeat decision.
The fish and skewers are delicious and the price is reasonable, so I've been there many times. The shop's signature dish, motsuni, is of good quality and has a deliciousness that cannot be tasted at other stores. Motsuni is from the first day to the third day, and the taste changes depending on the day. Motsuni in the photo is the second day. Personally, I highly recommend the variety of sake that goes well with delicious food.
