Superb food and authentic local Izakaya experience… we had a riot communicating and translating in English to Japanese vice versa with the Chef and the super vivacious waitress… such a fun and wonderful last evening on Japan… will definitely recommend and come back again everytime we are back… 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Lovely small izakaya where the chef cooks your food in front of you. Delicious food and incredibly friendly staff with a very homely feel. Highly recommend

I didn't want to eat too much and wanted something light, so I decided to give it a try since it looked like I could eat a la carte. When I said I wanted to drink carbonated water even though it wasn't on the menu, they kindly offered me carbonated water for a highball. The appetizer is fried edamame and shrimp. I ordered seared horse mackerel, salt-grilled swordfish, and stir-fried pork belly. The swordfish are expensive this year, and it's fun to be able to talk to them and say, ``Sorry, they're so thin.'' There was a group of customers in the back parlor, and they looked like they were having fun. Of course, there are many other dishes on the menu that look delicious, such as fried chicken, so I'd like to try them next time.
