The owner is a professional fisherman and won multiple fishing prizes. His wife is the cook. Menu is on chalk board in Japanese and as I don't read Japanese, I asked for their recommendations. The owner brought me maguro sashimi that was fresh and tasty. Then, I had the Tokyo Bay tempura fish that was crispy and delicate. The rice was tender and of shiny color, which is a good sign of quality. The service was attentive, fast and caring. Along with a nice matcha green tea! The atmosphere is warm and located 10 min by walk from the Jal hotel where I was staying. It's a healthy, fresh and authentic small business owner place - perfect to wrap up a long day. Thank you for this delicious food.

Horse mackerel sashimi and octopus steamed rice were delicious. Very fresh with lots of flavors. The old master was friendly. Lively atmosphere packed with locals enjoying a bottle. No English menu but a customer next to me helped order foods. Showing images from Google reviews is a workaround. I'll visit here again!
