Amazing place for oyster and sake! You can enjoy the oyster raw, boiled or deep fried, your choice! The smoked potato salad was also fantastic and highly recommended! Place can get a bit crazy and service a bit slow especially when crowded so important to take into consideration when ordering. Also, personally wasn't too thrilled with the beef... definitely start with the oysters! I heard that oysters and wagyu beef are the best collaborations! ✨ We also had two types of sake, and while enjoying the oysters, we ordered a la carte (laughs). Ko Su Pa was also good and it was the best. Ankimo, milt, and raw oysters were a dream come true! ️ It's also great to have fried chicken (laughs) Thank you for the meal!! ️

I visited "Oysters and Wagyu Hoisassa" which is located 2 minutes walk from Kamata Station! It's 4pm on Sunday, and it's been a long time since I've been to Kamata. Started with draft beer. Hoisarada is a delicious salad made with corned beef, eggs, nuts, and wasabi-based dressing. The potato salad has an irresistible texture of Tobikko and Burigakko. As for oysters, we had raw oysters and sea urchin salmon roe, and then grilled oysters. I ordered all kinds of garlic butter, salsa cheese, grated ponzu, miso mayonnaise, sea urchin flavored gratin, and yuzu green onion. All of them are beautiful and delicious grilled oysters. Sake goes well with it, doesn't it? Next, let's have wagyu beef. I had tataki and carpaccio, but tataki was seasoned with ponzu sauce. Carpaccio is seasoned with good vegetables and cheese. It was filling. For fried foods, I ordered the recommended spring rolls with sakura shrimp and white sauce, fried chicken, and fried lotus mentaiko scissors. The spring rolls were delicious with the combination of sakura shrimp flavor and white sauce. Fried chicken is a teppan menu, and lotus root mentaiko scissors goes well with sake. Today's miso was also served with cucumber. For sake, we received Amego no Tsuki, Kagetora, and Hijiri. I had it in a champagne glass, and it was a delicious pairing that went well with the food. Don't forget to add softening water to your sake. Warm water is important to drink deliciously.
