More Comments at Google MapVisited with 5 people on weekdays. Since it was Wednesday, it was relatively empty, but I heard that reservations are essential. It is an izakaya that sells sake, and there are always dozens of sake that are not listed on the menu, and there are many limited-edition sake produced in collaboration with the restaurant and sake brewery. If you ask the store clerk for recommendations or which sake goes well with the food, he will serve you the appropriate sake. Also, the food seems to be particular about the seasoning that goes well with sake, and all of them were seasoned to make you want to drink sake rather than beer. Some of the sashimi is fresh and rare, so I wonder if they buy it themselves? It was a well-known store with a very high level as a Japanese izakaya. I will definitely go again.
Invite a friend who lives in Chiba Prefecture First time in a while. The sake (8 types in total) recommended by the sister who said, "I will be 19 years old at this store this year." Everything was delicious and I enjoyed each dish. As expected. Was it a rainy weekday? Allow me to stay even after the stipulated 2.5 hours have passed. thank you very much. Thank you for your meal 🙇♀️
[Omori's strongest Japanese sake bar] I wasn't able to go much due to the coronavirus, but I was able to bring my junior with me. I was surprised by the variety of sake menus here. The staff at the store politely tell me various things, but I always leave it to them (lol). The sake called Taka was especially delicious today. Easy to drink. I ended up drinking several drinks. We ordered about 20 cups for the three of us, and when we actually come here, we can drink as much as we want. I eat sashimi with some kind of salt here. It really goes well with salt. Soy sauce is good, but salt plays a supporting role and pairs beautifully with the sashimi and sake. Thank you for the meal tonight.
